We will initiate an investigation and work towards a satisfactory solution, which may include replacing the painting or offering a refund.
Can I return or exchange my painting?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your painting, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return & exchange process. Please note that return shipping costs will be the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. Personalized items will be exchanged, no return offered for custom products

Typically, we start working on the painting after receiving full payment at the time of placing the order.
How can I choose the right size for my art?
We recommend marking the wall with adhesive tape and choosing the best size option for you. This way, you can be confident about the future size.
Will the painting come signed with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, all paintings will be signed by the artists. Usually, we sign the painting at the bottom right corner. Please let us know if you prefer a painting without a signature.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@zeinnas.com
If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission
